Is your apparel machine washable?
The OM Smart Shirt is machine washable. Once the OM Smart Box is removed, simply wash it with other like-coloured clothes in a regular cycle, with your favourite detergent. Hang to dry to keep it in top shape.

Is the OMsignal Smart Box waterproof?
The OM Smart Box is water-resistant and will do well with sweat and regular fitness wear and tear, but it’s not made to dive into the pool with you. We also ask that you disconnect it from your OM Smart Shirt before placing it in the washing machine.

HOW DOES MY OM Smart shirt SHARE DATA WITH MY device?
The OM Smart Box collects the data from your OM Smart Shirt and transmits it to your iOS device via Bluetooth. Simply put your shirt on and snap the OM Smart Box in place on the right side of your torso. To transmit your data to your OM Smart App, make sure the OM Smart Box is connected to your iOS device via bluetooth and you’re good to go!

HOW LONG DOES THE OM SMARt box BATTERY LAST?
The OM Smart Box battery will last from 14-16 hours. If you wear your shirt at the gym, you’ll be able to power through several workouts. Use our mini-USB charging cable and connect the OM Smart Box to your computer or wall charger.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PERSONAL DATA? CAN OTHER PEOPLE ACCESS IT?
We are committed to protecting your personal information – no one else will access it without your permission. The data from the OM Smart Shirt is recorded and stored on our secured server. Please read the details in data policy.

DO YOU HAVE AN API AND/OR AN SDK?
We plan to release an API that will enable you to import your data. In addition, we are working to enrich our SDK to allow open source development on iOS. This will allow users to create a more personalized data streaming experience and even connect with other devices, if desired. Stay tuned for an announcement or contact us for more information.
